The user selects the page layout with this form:
Once created, the user can then edit the page content using standard SharePoint
publishing features:
In this case, the user can select a picture and edit columns of text to create the
content. Notice how check in/out, approval and publishing are enabled.
Images are maintained in a standard SharePoint Picture library. The menu structure
is stored in a SharePoint list with a custom user interface allowing the hiearchical
menu structure to be created and maintained.
